The days of Isaac son of Abraham were fast dying upon the face of the land,
So as a custom, he called his first son Esau who was a perfect hunter, he told him to proceed to the plains and hunt for him a game,
And prepare a sumptuous meal that he might eat and bless him before he departs from the face of the world,

The oldman did not realize that his wife Rebekah was eaves dropping on them,
Since she loved her last born child Jacob, she went ahead and convinced him to go and slaughter two young goats,
He heeded to the voice oh her deceitful mother, so Rebekah made a delicious meal that her husband loved and handed it over to Jacob,
Before executing her plan, she glued the skin of the young goats on his hands and neck to perfectly fit him in the character of his brother,

He appeared to his father whose sight had already faded away, saying, “I am Esau your firstborn; I have done just as you told me; please arise, sit and eat of my game, that your soul may bless me.”
His father wondered how his son had fast succeeded in catching his prey, so he told him, “Please come near, that I may feel you, my son, whether you are really my son Esau or not.”
And when he felt the hairy skin on his hands and smelled the smell of his clothing, he was truly convinced,
So he went ahead and blessed him saying, ”
“Therefore may God give you Of the dew of heaven, Of the fatness of the earth, And plenty of grain and wine,
Let peoples serve you, And nations bow down to you. Be master over your brethren, And let your mother’s sons bow down to you. Cursed be everyone who curses you, And blessed be those who bless you!”
